This event explored awareness and understanding of race from personal buy in to understanding the lexicon of race.

This event explored:

  • awareness and understanding of race from personal buy in to understanding the lexicon of race
  • what enables leaders to be able to talk about race and how is this different for White leaders
  • how leaders are involving their staff, patients, their communities and developing safe spaces
  • proactive steps that leaders are taking to embed a culture of antiracism in their organisations.
