This event explored:
- awareness and understanding of race from personal buy in to understanding the lexicon of race
- what enables leaders to be able to talk about race and how is this different for White leaders
- how leaders are involving their staff, patients, their communities and developing safe spaces
- proactive steps that leaders are taking to embed a culture of antiracism in their organisations.
