Our new event series will explore interventions designed to support Trusts in progressing race equality within their organisations. For our first event, we'll be joined by Dr Karl George MBE, author of The Race Code, an accountability framework based on four key principles: reporting, action, composition and education. We'll also hear from Junior Hemans, NED for both Royal Wolverhampton and Walsall Health who have adopted the approach and will talk about their experience of how the race code has helped them.

The virtual event will take place on Tuesday 25 October from 12.00pm-1.00pm.
