Overview:

This virtual peer learning forum for director of strategy and programme directors of provider collaboratives will take place on Wednesday 1 February 2023 between 14:00 - 15.30 on Microsoft Teams.

These events are part of a suite of online events taking place our Provider Collaboration programme. 

Content:

This peer learning forum will be an opportunity for directors of strategy and programme directors of provider collaboratives to:

• participate in facilitated and detailed discussions on the hot topics and issues in the arena of provider collaboration at scale
• share experiences and build a network of peers working on provider collaboration
• learn from others on the provider collaborative journey.

Discussion topics at recent events have included:

• benefits of provider collaboratives so far
• relationships between provider collaboratives and the ICB
• resourcing your provider collaborative.

Attendees will shape the themes and topics of the discussion so please do share topics that you would like to cover in advance.
