Using Intelligent Automation to Prepare for the COVID-19 Public Inquiry

Date: 18 May 2022

Time: 10:30

Many NHS organisations are challenged with how they will resource the preparation for the impending COVID-19 Public Inquiry when they are already under severe pressure. Trusts are being asked to start collating documentation now so when the terms of reference for the inquiry are established and disclosures requested, Trusts are not on the back foot.

Hear how Aneurin Bevan University Health Board have put their Blue Prism Intelligent digital workers in to action…automating the searching of all related files across multiple file types, based on 200+ key words and phrases and document dates; determining the importance of the file based on what it’s found; using sentiment analysis of emails; categorising the documents and storing in an archive location, ready for use in the Inquiry.
