Develop your understanding of improvement at scale
There is a pressure on NHS leaders to lead improvement as part of tackling today’s key challenges – from staff and service recovery to reducing waits, addressing health inequalities, and delivering better outcomes for communities.
NHS England now expects all NHS provider leaders to work with their integrated care boards and adopt NHS IMPACT – the national improvement approach.
This programme is designed to help you deliver on the five components of NHS IMPACT, as well as providing support in areas such as:
- Capacity building and patient flow optimisation
- Maternity and neonatal care improvement
- Strategic alignment of equity and improvement practices
- Collaborative approaches to improvement and equity
- Equitable access and waiting list management
- Data-driven improvements
