Adam Wright

Adam is the Development Programme Manager for the Digital Boards programme. He previously worked in the NHS Providers' policy team supporting work to influence funding and finances. Prior to this, he worked in commissioning and political monitoring.

Louise Stopford

Louise is the Digital Boards Programme Lead for the Digital Boards programme and has previously worked in the NHS Providers' development and engagement team supporting member engagement through our networks programme. Prior to this, Louise worked in project management and large scale events

Maggie Steward

Maggie is a policy and projects officer on the Digital Boards team and supports both the Digital Boards programme and our digital policy work. Maggie has a background in public health as well as previous experience in medical communications.

Amelia Old

Amelia is the programme administrator working within the digital boards team and has a background of working within the NHS as an office administrator.

Andrew Greenway

Andrew is a founding partner in Public Digital, writer and former senior civil servant. He was a product manager and programme lead in the Government Digital Service (GDS), where he led teams that delivered the UK's first digital service standard and design manual, set up GDS' recruitment hub, and wrote the Digital Efficiency report. He now coaches and advises chief digital officers working for governments around the world. 

Outside GDS, Andrew worked in five UK government departments, covering energy, climate change, business, health and science. He ran a Prime Ministerial review into applications of the Internet of Things in 2014. 

Andrew has authored two books, Bluffocracy with James Ball, and Digital Transformation at Scale. He has written about institutional reform for the Guardian, New Statesman, Spectator magazine, and other UK and international publications.

Chris Fleming

Chris is a productive and agile delivery specialist and previously worked for the UK's National Health Service (NHS). He is passionate about applying internet-era approaches to public services, and showing public sector teams a new way of working.

 

He has delivered a number of national platforms for the NHS including the NHS App and 111 online. He also led the delivery of new services to support the UK's coronavirus response including the NHS isolation note, and the coronavirus vaccine trials registry.

Connie Van Zanten

Connie is an agile delivery and transformation specialist. Before joining Public Digital she led a team of agile coaches at Cancer Research UK. Her background is in creating the conditions for digital transformation at big, complex organisations that existed before the internet.

 

Connie is passionate about building happy, productive and empowered teams. She specialises in creating an environment in which digital ways of working will be effective, as well as supporting people to adapt to change.

 

She has led many teams – including teams of clinical specialists – to adopt new ways of working, and is particularly interested in helping teams and individuals that don’t consider themselves to be technology specialists to adapt to the internet era.

Matt Harrington

Matt is a product and agile delivery specialist with more than 9 years' experience in government, healthcare and the private sector.

He is passionate about helping organisations create the right environment for high-performing multidisciplinary teams. He helps embed agile, user-centred approaches and structures to give teams autonomy to deliver.

 

He has led many products from concept to live including new ways for GPs to message acute trusts and for clinicians to access patient records. Matt was the first senior product product hire at accuRx, a healthcare start-up now used by 99% of GPs in England. As Product Lead, Matt was responsible for accuRx' growth in secondary care and owned the vision, strategy and roadmap.

He has also led teams in Government Digital ServiceDepartment for Health and Social Care and NHS Digital.

Cate McLaurin

Cate is a globally renowned digital transformation leader with deep experience of delivering agile, user-centred services and capabilities in public services. She has designed and led digital programmes from scratch, and worked with senior leadership teams to rethink and reimagine delivery culture and ways of working.

She has senior experience across both local and central government, including as Head of Delivery at the London Borough of Hackney, a role she held through both the pandemic and responding to a cyber attack. As Director of Digital Innovation at Acas, she built their first digital team, helping the conciliation service adopt user centred, agile ways of working.
