The Digital Boards programme is focused on sharing good practice and peer learning on digital transformation across the provider sector. This page hosts several resources and reflection pieces from trust leaders and boards who have undergone significant digital transformation programmes. These contain advice, lessons learned and pitfalls to avoid.

• Integrated Digital Committee terms of reference(long read) | Ashford and St Peter’s Hospitals NHS Trust share the terms of reference for their integrated digtial committee, chaired by one of the trust’s non-executive directors. It includes the duties and key responsibilities of the group with regards to the trust’s digital leadership. 
• Global Digital Exemplar blueprints (long reads) | Access the GDE blueprints library via the Future NHS knowledge sharing platform. These blueprints are designed to help trusts deliver digital capabilities based on learnings from GDE trusts. Requires log in. 
• Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust have launched digital literacy training for their staff.
