Demystifying digital for board leaders


Within the NHS provider sector, the responsibility for digital transformation sits with the trust board. 
Each board member should be championing digital as a key enabler of their trust's strategic goals. These resources can equip boards to understand what 'digital' means and what questions they should be asking as leaders of their organisations.
