Specialist Advisor - Race Equality
Initial term: 12 month
Salary: Day rate – to be agreed taking account of organisational need.
Location: London / Home working / Other location for main base

NHS Providers is looking to appoint a specialist advisor on a flexible basis working part-time with a fixed number of days a month initially for a period of 12 months with specific responsibility for Race Equality.
This is a significant opportunity for a talented individual to help progress race equality and address structural racism in the NHS. The postholder will work alongside the programme manager to scope and deliver a programme of support for NHS trust leaders to address these issues within their organisation, as well advise NHS Providers on how to promote race equality within our own organisation.
This role requires someone with a passion and enthusiasm for promoting race equality, a sound knowledge of good practice, and evidence of having delivered strategic and operational change within an organisation.
