Senior HR Advisor
Salary: £34,000.00 – £41,500.00 per annum + generous benefits
Contract: 12-month FTC
Location: London (Westminster) currently working from home due to COVID-19.
NHS Providers is the membership organisation for the NHS hospital, mental health, community and ambulance services that treat patients and service users in the NHS. We help those NHS foundation trusts and trusts to deliver high-quality, patient-focused care by enabling them to learn from each other, acting as their public voice and helping shape the system in which they operate. NHS Providers has all trusts in voluntary membership, collectively accounting for £92bn of annual expenditure and employing more than one million staff.
The purpose of this role is to manage the organisation’s HR operations and assist in the delivery of its people management strategies to help foster a high-performance culture and ensure NHS Providers continues to be a great place to work.
NHS Providers has grown significantly over the last few years to its current headcount of around 70 people. As a result, we now need a talented individual to consolidate and manage the continued development of its HR services, providing a vital link between operations and the organisation’s senior leadership. The postholder will report to the assistant director of corporate services. They will manage and work closely with the HR Manager who will continue to have day to day responsibility for a number of agreed accountabilities.
