We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to work closely with the Senior Programme Officer in taking responsibility for the efficient administration and delivery of the Digital Boards programme. The programme aims to increase NHS trust board leaders’ understanding of the changes being brought about by digital in health and care, and to increase the confidence and capability of boards to harness the opportunities digital provides. It seeks to share good practice and peer learning on digital transformation through a comprehensive set of resources, events and board development sessions.
The postholder will be a good communicator with the ability to liaise with colleagues and external stakeholders at all levels both internally and externally. They must be able to work flexibly, both independently and as part of a team, along with being insightful and organised with a keen eye for detail.
