Dr Luís Costa da Silva is NHS Providers senior research analyst in the policy and strategy directorate. He leads our survey programme, helps building evidence base for our policy and influencing work, and carries out analysis of NHS activity and COVID-19 data. Luís was awarded his PhD in Psychology from Goldsmiths, University of London, and has an extensive background in mental health with an emphasis on data analysis and statistics.
