Joseph is our Membership and CRM Officer, working alongside the team to provide operational support for the membership function and the efficient running of our CRM system. Joseph has a background in customer service and prior to joining NHS Providers in February 2020, worked with the National Probation Service supporting them with their CRM and customer needs.
