The article looks at ways local branches are making people’s voices heard and helping to drive change in the way care is delivered, including examples from;
- Healthwatch Doncaster
- Healthwatch Dorset
- Healthwatch East Sussex
- Healthwatch Reading
It examines how engaging and involving people the design of NHS services is essential in ensuring they deliver what patients both want and need.
