Overview
Explore common challenges and opportunities within mental health trusts and services
As the NHS continues to undergo changes, including the abolition of NHS England, this network event is your opportunity to discuss your current priorities with fellow leaders in mental health trusts, hear case studies from peers and share your learning.
Why this matters
This networks provides you an opportunity to hear from key stakeholders, including representatives from the Department of Health and Social Care, NHS England and Care Quality Commission. The network provides examples of good practice and innovative work being done at fellow providers, with presentations from trust colleagues and those from the wider sector.
With previous meeting topics included the Mental Health Act, 10-year plan, quality and safety in inpatient mental health settings and more, the network operates under Chatham House rule to provide you a safe space to reflect and share with peers.
Take a step back from the day-to-day to:
- Share ideas and exchange learning.
- Hear presentations from mental health leaders, policy makers and key stakeholders on the latest developments.
- Engage in interactive sessions to ask questions and share your thoughts.
- Have open and honest discussions with peers in breakout sessions.
Very informative and engaging session.
